Suggestions / some suggestions

here are some ideas for the server depending on how hard they are to change
-bank tabs for easier banking experience
-daily task with like rewards maybe xp lamps or something to help people stay on track
- more bosses as the server gets bigger and bigger
-maybe event days when we reach certain amount of people each time
-loot shout in clan chat for rares like if someone gets bcp drop from bandos
-ive played where owner and staff have a teamspeak server they use for everyone on client maybe something along those lines
-make clue scrolls do able with riddles and what not for rewards its fun for some, and a good way of making money for others I personally enjoy doing them
-being able to buy titles for our names like pay 5m and get sir, lionheart, skiller, anything like that infront of our name
all I can think of atm but I have many more good/ probably bad ideas coming :P

How long Have I been playing Hillspk/ How much do I play daily: Around 1 month now, before the start of the new server. i play between 4 and 12 hours a day.
 
What I can do for the server: I bring great ideas as well as information i have gathered from playing private servers for roughly 8 years. I am also friendly and helpful to everyone.

Why do i want to become a staff member of Hillspk: The reason i would like to be a staff member of Hillspk is because i think the server is good and i can only see it getting better and i would like to be a part of it when it does. Also i think of myself as a trustworthy and loyal person. i think i can bring a lot to Hillspk.

Little bit about me: I am a 16 year old Male from the UK, i see myself as a fun and sociable guy (apart from the fact i play a ton of video games) i not only enjoy runescape based games but also CSGO and League of Legends

Do I have experience in being staff: I have been a moderator on 2 different servers now, 2Speced and forgotten paradise, i was members of staff on both of them servers for around a year.

What makes me standout from every other player: The key aspects that make me stand out from other people is my creativity, i never lack ideas on how to improve and add the server, i am also a very vocal person, i like to get involved in conversations, events and non server related activities such as skype calls ECT.

Staff spot I am applying for (Mod ingame, Mod on forums, Forums developer): The staff spot i am applying for is an ingame mod as that is where i spend most my time and i think that is where i would be most useful

I posted this once before maybe it didnt publish but my name is Corey. I am 22 years old and from the U.S. I'm a father of one and I love to play video games when I am not working or spending time with my family. I love playing rsps(hillspk) and league of legends. I have played quiet a bit of rsps of many different varieties but I have found that I love 317 a lot more than the others. I am super friendly and super helpful if I can be. Any questions or just want to chat add me ingame. :)

So from the experience of playing rsps the ones that I have found most fun are the ones that take a while to achieve a goal and a great economy, and a great community. When I finally get my skills high enough and kill Bandos 50 times or so and get a bcp I love to know that I have 1 of 3 bcps because I earned it. I feel that in order for that to happen and for there to be a stable economy that the donations should be different so that someone can't just buy rares. I think donations should be like just the unattainable stuff like p hats, dice, the holiday rares etc..., not bandos, armadyl, 3rd age etc..
any questions just ask me, if you don't like my idea I will not be offended, and don't take this offensively :)

Bugs and Glitches / people starting the server

I have this twice now where a new person starts the server and gets glitched where their starter items don't show up and they cant move for the first like 30 seconds of the game. Check into this please :) thanks Jacob
